Amsterdam's favorite daytime party DAGVERBLIJF celebrating it's 5th year anniversary with DJ's and dishes from INDONESIA presented by AMSbookings.ASIA with Nusantura Affair-ADE at Saturday 21 October from 3pm-3am at venue VLLA in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Nusantara is a contemporary Indonesian term for the Indonesian archipelago. It originated in Old Javanese and literally means "archipelago".
We create a wonderful affair between the best Indonesian and Dutch DJs of which some with Indonesian roots who actually have never been to the beautiful Archipel of Indonesia and its 1000 islands, of which Bali is the most famous.

Dinner
Yellow Curry: white rice with yellow curry, spring union and seroedeng.
Chicken: marinated chicken of the green egg, the flavours of this dish are great in combination with the yellow curry.
Snacks
Lemper: a lovely rice roll filled with chicken or beef, slow cooked with coconut milk which results in an explosion of subtle flavours. The rice roll can be steamed on location and eaten straight from the banana leave it is served on.
Perkedel Jagung: crispy vegetarian cookie made from corn and flavoured with Indonesian herbs.
Oyster mushroom: homemade spring rolls with a filling of oyster mushrooms.
Avocado/shrimp spring roll: homemade spring roll with a moderately spiced stuffing of avocado and shrimp.

At 9 February 2017 the first Nusantara Affair event was introduced at the legendary underground club Koh in Bali, organised by Koh, AMSbookings.ASIA, Bali Clubbing and Dutch techno artists Kamara. At Amsterdam Dance Event 2017 we continue to blend the Indonesian and Dutch roots by performing together at this Focus on Indonesia event to enjoy good music, food and much more.
